If more than one file needs to be attached,
consider compressing them into a single zip
file. Both Windows XP and Vista offer
built-in support by selecting the desired
files in Windows Explorer, right-clicking on
them, and selecting Send To > Compressed
Folder. There are also 3rd party tools
available, such as
WinZip (Commercial product for Windows),
7-Zip (Free product for Unix, Mac,
Windows), Stuff-It (Commercial product for
Mac, Windows), etc. It is recommended
that the older/legacy Zip 2.0 format be used
for readability by others. |
