The clubhouse and island can be rented by memebrs on a very limited basis.  Contact the Club Manager for further information.

In general, members can park in the Carson's Bay Facility (CBF) lot when it is available by displaying their MYC burgee on their vehicle. View Map

 

Non-Deephaven residence that wish to park along Minnetonka Blvd when the CBF lot is full or closed for special events will need to purchase a $100 "all purpose" parking sticker. 

 

If you do not have the correct sticker and you want to park at CBF, but CBF is unavailable, you will need to park down in the gravel parking lot, near the platform tennis courts or at City Hall.

 

Previously, stickers could be purchased from the Deephaven City Hall.  Now, they must be purchased from the police (in the lower level of the Deephaven City Hall).  You can contact the Deephaven police for additional information at 952-474-7555.

Directions to CBF from Highway 494:

• From Hwy 494, exit on Hwy 7 Westbound.
• Turn right (North) onto Vine Hill Road (this is past Hwy 101, but before Excelsior, MN).
• Turn left (West) onto Minnetonka Blvd (Vine Hill ends).
• Cross bridge and turn at the first right (North) into parking lot.

Directions to CBF  from Highway 394:

• From 394, exit onto Hwy 101 Southbound.
• Turn right (West) onto Minnetonka Blvd.
• Turn left (South), staying on Minnetonka Blvd.
• Turn right (West), staying on Minnetonka Blvd.
• Cross bridge and turn at the first right (North) into parking lot.

In general, Deephaven requires parking permits throughout the city.  Free parking is available along Park Avenue about 1/4 mile from the Park Avenue "Beach".  Signs specifically indicate were permits are not required. View Map

 

Non-Deephaven residence that wish to park at the Park Avenue "beach" must purchase a $50 parking sticker.  A $100 "all purpose" parking sticker is also available to non-Deephaven residents, which also includes parking outside of the Carson's Bay Facility (CBF) along Minnetonka Blvd (sometimes necessary when the CBF lot is full or being used for special events).This only affects non-Deephaven residents.

The crane at the Carson's Bay facility (CBF) is free to all regular (Family, Mr & Mrs, Junior, or Senior) members.  Members need their MYC ID and own lifting bridle.

 

Associate members may also use the crane for a $50 fee for each use.  Associate member cards will activate the crane power and will be billed for each use at the end of each month.

 

You must be a member in order to use the crane.  If you are not a member, can use the crane if you first become an Associate member and pay the $50 usage fee.  

 

Non-member yachts may not be lifted except in the case of yachts registered in MYC-sponsored regattas, in which case the crane shall be operated by the staff of the regatta committee.

The maximum capacity for the crane is 4,000 lbs.  Lifting yachts weighing more than 4,000 lbs is dangerous and prohibited.
