Our social season will be launched with a wonderful picnic lunch on Memorial Day.  Join us Monday, May 29th about 12 noon or after the races, on LHI for lunch hosted by Connie and the Yngling fleet.  They will be serving:

Grilled Bone-in Chicken with Herb Seasoning
Hamburgers and Rolls with options of Cheese, Sriracha Mayo, Ketchup, Mustard, Onions, and Pickles
Veggie Burger available upon request
Classic Picnic Potato Salad
Organic Garden Salad with Strawberries and Feta with Blanchard Dressing
Blueberry Crisp with Whipped Cream

Please make reservations by responding to this email or calling me at 952-474-4457 by Thursday, May 25th. Members are $14 and guests are $16 with reservations by the 25th,or $16 at the door ($18 for guests at the door). 

Little Skipper meals are just $6 and include a hot dog, chips and blueberry crisp with whipped cream.
