Our Lobster Menu will be:
1 1/2 pound Lobster with Butter
Boiled New Potatoes and Sweet Corn
Garden Salad with Spring Greens, Romaine, and Tomatoes
Crusty Bread with Garlic Butter
Chocolate Cake with Ghirardelli Ganache
 
Please bring Lobster Crackers and Picks if you have them!!
 
An Alternate menu will be available that night as well:
8 oz. Angus Choice Beef Tenderloin from the Black Canyon Ranch with Horseradish Sauce on the side.

This menu is by reservation only.  Please be very specific in your reservation about your selection of Lobster or Beef. 

Little Skipper meals will be available as well with Bomb Pops for dessert.
