Youth Sailing
The Minnetonka Yacht Club has a proud history of racing that goes back to its founding in 1882. Our club is the home of Olympians, a United States Junior National Champion, a Head Coach of the U.S. Olympic Sailing Team, and champions at the Inland, National, North American, and World Championship levels. We are very proud of our many current distinguished sailors as well as those from decades past. MYC's current racing fleets include A Scows, E Scows, C Scows, MC Scows, Ynglings, Catamarans, X Boats, Lasers, Optimists, Melges 15s, and an Open fleet.
